After a caller from a 1st Street West business said at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday that a man was passed out, an officer arrested James Allen Gardipee, 45, of Box Elder on a charge of disorderly conduct and on two Justice or City court warrants.

After a caller from a 4th Street park reported at 10:44 p.m. Tuesday that underage people were drinking while playing basketball, officers made two arrests. No details were available in the call log.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated after a caller in the Laredo area reported Monday at 8:41 a.m. that tools had been stolen.

Deputies investigated a report of a dog bite made Monday at 6:28 p.m. from Northern Montana Hospital.

A deputy served a Justice or City court warrant on James Allen Gardipee, 45, of Box Elder at the county jail at 2:14 p.m. Tuesday.
