Tasia Teree Pogatchnik, 22, of East Helena was arrested on charges of speeding, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, failure to produce or carry proof of insurance, habitual traffic offender, obstructing a peace officer and a probation violation during a motor vehicle stop on 2nd Avenue Friday at 9:387 a.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on 4th Street after a caller reported the incident Friday at 4:41 p.m.

James M Liedle, 56, of Havre was arrested during motor vehicle stop on 10th Avenue Friday at 7:37 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence, possession of dangerous drugs, driving without a driver’s license, driving without insurance and speeding.

Four juveniles were issued a summons on a charge of curfew violation Saturday at 4 a.m near Montana State University-Northern. The juveniles were 16, 14, 13 and 10-years-old.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Washington Avenue caller reported Saturday at 10:09 a.m. that a kitchen window had been broken out.

Officers made a motor vehicle stop on 5th Avenue Saturday at 12:08 p.m.

Raymond Windyboy, 54, of Rocky Boy was issued a summons for having an open container and on a charge of revocation or suspended or deferred sentence after a Main Street caller reported suspicious activity Saturday at 4:08 p.m.

Raymond Windyboy, 54, of Rocky Boy was issued a summons for charges of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to property and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a 3rd Avenue West caller reported Saturday 6:09 p.m. that a man was digging in a garbage can.

James Erenst Welling, 43, of Great Falls was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, driving without insurance--3rd or more offense and driving with an expired registration during a motor vehicle stop Sunday at 1:57 a.m. on 1st Street.

Jeff Richard Haney, 36, of Havre was arrested for minor assault after a caller from an 11th West Street reported Sunday at 2:05 a.m. that a man slapped and pushed over a handicapped woman.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 14th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 4:04 p.m. that an LG phone had been stolen.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a 2nd Street caller reported Sunday at 6:54 a.m. a hit and run.

Michelle Nichole Healy, 34, of Lodgepole was arrested Sunday at 12:06 p.m. on three Justice or City court warrants and a state District Court warrant.

Joshua Kay Blatter, 26, of Havre was arrested Sunday at 4:35 p.m. on charges of partner or family member assault, endangering the welfare of children, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a report was made Sunday at 10:28 p.m. from a 3rd Avenue caller.

Officers assisted a citizen Monday at 1:04 p.m. after a caller near a 1st Street business reported being flagged down by a woman who reported a theft.

Sheldon Joseph Flying, 46, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City warrant after a caller from 12th Street reported Monday at 6:32 p.m. a man with a warrant.

Officers made an arrest after a caller from a 2nd Street business reported Monday at 9:07 a.m. a woman with a warrant.

Officers investigated an injury related to a motor vehicle crash after a caller from 7th Avenue made the report Monday at 9:14 p.m.

Robert Alexander McConnell, 36, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and violations of conditions release after a 2nd Street caller requested officers this morning at 12:38.

Deputies investigated a theft or fraud report Friday at 11:32 p.m. at an establishment off Highway 87.

Taheena Leamary Duran, 31, of Box Elder was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after someone from a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Saturday at 1:05 p.m.

Carrie Lyn Gartner, 33, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 3:47 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest.

Deputies investigated a complaint after caller from Fresno Reservoir made the call Saturday at 5:34 p.m.

Deputies investigated a disturbance after a caller from Fresno Reservoir reported Saturday at 5:45 p.m. that two women were fighting and two men were trying to stop them.

Deputies investigated a domestic disturbance report after someone reported Saturday at 11:45 p.m. that a woman was taken to the mountains and beaten by her ex-husband. The woman said she didn’t need treatment after coming back. No arrests were filed with the report.

Jeff Richard Haney, 36, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia Sunday at 12:28 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Jeri Ann Virginia Salazar-Gonzalas, 23, of Havre was arrested on charges of two counts of non-aggravated assault with bodily fluid, reckless driving and DUI during a motor vehicle stop on Big Sandy Bridge Sunday at 4:39 p.m., after someone had reported an erratic driver at 4:31 p.m.

Deputies investigated a medical emergency report after a caller near a 1st Street business reported Monday at 12:44 a.m. finding a man lying in the street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, two on Saturday, five on Sunday and four on Monday.

——

Fire crews responded to a false alarm call Saurday and five fireworks related calls Monday. Fire Department Chief Tim Hedges said nothing was burned and no was hurt in any of the incidents.

A girl was born Saturday, July 2, 2016, to Josh and Keri Pike of Havre.
