Officers investigated a shoplifting report after a 1st Street business caller reported Friday at 3:32 p.m. that juvenile shoplifters were in the business.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller from Montana State University-Northern reported a hit-and-run Friday at 5:24 p.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller on Wilson Avenue reported Friday at 7:18 p.m. that a 2000 Chevrolet Malibu was hit.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a 16th Avenue caller reported Friday at 9:26 p.m. that her nephew punched holes in the wall of his bedroom in her house.

Theda Ann Rainingbird, 51, of Frazer was arrested Saturday at 1:07 a.m. on 1st Street West for driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Alexander Dennis Eakins, 27, of Havre was issued a summons Saturday at 8:01 a.m. at the police station for charges of criminal contempt and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Jennifer Jean Cazier, 33, of Havre was issued a summons for a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller from Lincoln-MicKinley Primary School reported Saturday at 9:50 a.m. that there was a boy without a parent at the playground.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 1st Street business caller reported Saturday at 11:52 a.m. that an employee stole the work-issued phone.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a 2nd Avenue caller reported Saturday at 1:51 p.m. that her car had been vandalized.

Officers investigated a fraud report after a caller reported Saturday at 4:06 p.m. “fraudulent stuff that showed up on her credit card report.”

Officers investigated a theft report after a 1st Street business caller reported Saturday at 4:35 p.m. that a fan case was taken by a man in a Chevy truck.

Robert Louis Mooney, 40, of Havre was issued a summons for a charge of dog at large after a 16th Street caller reported Saturday at 6:26 p.m. that he was walking his dogs when he was attacked by other dogs.

Officers issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer to a 17-year-old after a caller reported Sunday at 5:27 p.m. that a juvenile with a pick up and hold warrant was at a 14th Avenue residence.

Officers investigated a complaint after a 14th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 9:36 p.m. that they needed to speak to an officer about a neighbor.

During a motor vehicle stop at 1:26 a.m. today on 1st Street Northeast, Mitchell Carl Grant, 27, of Hays was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Amber Rose Kirkaldie, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence. driving with an expired registration and driving without insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies assisted a citizen after a caller at Khein's Bay asked to speak to a deputy Friday at 2:14 p.m.

Deputies made three arrests Saturday at 12:50 a.m. on Main Street in Box Elder. Samuel Ted Descharm, 41, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, as was Melody Rose Descharm, 32, of Box Elder and Kenneth James Swan, 34 of Havre.

Tracy Descharm Watson, 49, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 3:51 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center .

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, one Saturday and two Sunday.
