Matthew Ryan Payne of Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller from a First Street West business reported Wednesday at 7:15 a.m. that a man in a pickup truck was driving around with a handgun in his hand.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Second Street caller reported Wednesday at 9 a.m. that he had property stolen from the garage.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance report after a Ninth Avenue Northwest caller reported Wednesday at 10:19 a.m. that his cousin had her head “smashed” through a window by her boyfriend.

Officers investigated a theft report after a U.S. Highway 2 caller reported Wednesday at 3:23 p.m. that he thought his flatbed trailer may have been stolen.

Christopher Michael Anderson of Havre, 27, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Wednesday at 6:37 p.m. near a First Street West business.

Samuel Lee Peck of Havre, 18, was issued a summons for minor in possession and false identification by a minor to get alcohol after a caller from a First Street West business reported than a man in a Ford pickup tried to get booze with a expired/false driver’s license.

Wilson Joel Blackelk of Havre, 28, was arrested on a partner or family member assault after a First Street Northeast caller reported Wednesday at 10:38 p.m. a possible domestic.

Robert Adam Hutson of Havre, 21, was arrested for charges of violations of conditions release and disorderly conduct after a caller from a First Street business reported a domestic disturbance this morning at 1:37.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Monica Sue Morsette of Havre, 41, was arrested Wednesday at 1:08 p.m. on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to a call Wednesday and one this morning.

Births

A girl was born Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016, to Louise M. Briere and Ronald D. Mollasin III of Havre.
