Officers conducting a 24/7 Sobriety Program check issued a summons to Kyle Webster Brockie of Havre, 34, on charges of criminal contempt and revocation of deferred or suspended sentence at the police department at 8:03 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers arrested Heather Rose Cochran of Havre, 28, on two Justice or City court warrants at 8:21 a.m. Tuesday at an 11th Street West location.

Officers served a City Court warrant on Robert Allen Bradford III of Havre, 24, at 8:57 a.m. Tuesday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Officers investigated after a caller from the 100 Block of Third Avenue said at 10:28 a.m. Tuesday that someone shot out a back window over the weekend.

Officers investigated a complaint called in from Havre High School at 11:11 a.m. Tuesday. Details of the complaint were not listed in the police log.

After a person came in to the police department at 11:13 a.m. Tuesday, officers issued a summons to a 13-year-old, gender not listed in the police log, on a charge of juvenile curfew violation.

After a caller from a business on the 300 Block of Third Street reported rented property not being returned since May 6, officers issued a summons to a 17-year-old, gender not listed in the police log, on a charge of theft of labor or services or use of property.

After a caller from a location on the 400 Block of Third Street reported at 1:57 p.m. Tuesday that three people were sitting on the steps of a building drinking and yelling at passers-by, officers arrested Sheldon Jae Oats of Box Elder, 49, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Officers rendered services after a caller from a First Street business reported at 4:07 p.m. Tuesday that an employee stole a TV.

After a caller from a 10th Street West location said at 5:07 p.m. Tuesday they needed a man who was pushing someone around and “smarting off” removed, officers arrested Pete Gabriel Longknife of Havre, 18, on a charge of partner or family member assault.

Officers investigated a report made by a caller at 8:53 p.m. Tuesday from a 19th Avenue location that someone had hit-and-run a vehicle.

After receiving a report from the 200 Block of Eighth Avenue that someone was passed out in the middle of the street, officers arrested Kim Allen Norquay Sr. of Havre, 58, on charges of disorderly conduct and revocation of a suspended or deferred sentence.

Officers investigated after a caller from a 10th Avenue location reported at 10:39 p.m. that someone had broken into a house and stolen a laptop and change jar.

After a caller from a Second Street location reported at 11:08 p.m. Tuesday that their son had taken off, officers issued a summons to a 13-year-old on a charge of juvenile curfew violations.

Deputies served a Justice or City Court warrant on Joseph Tyler Henderson of Havre, 24, at the Hill County Detention Center at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday,

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls and made one transfer Tuesday.
