Officers investigated after a Lincoln Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 8:44 a.m. that someone hat hit and ran with their vehicle.

Officers investigated after an 18th Street caller reported Wednesday at 8:50 a.m. that someone hat hit and ran with their vehicle.

Officers investigated suspicious activity Wednesday at 2:47 p.m. on Third Avenue.

Officers made two arrests Wednesday at 4:18 p.m. near First Street. Jordan Nash Windyboy of Havre, 34, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant after an initial report of suspicious activity was made at 4:03 p.m., and Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 33, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants.

Officers made two arrests Wednesday at 4:44 p.m. on Second Street. No further details were provided.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 10:36 p.m. that her daughters had not returned home.

Deputies investigated after an Inverness caller reported a complaint Wednesday at 9:25 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Wednesday and one today.

Fire crews responded to the 100 Block of Seventh Avenue North after a grass fire report was made Wednesday at 9:08 p.m. Fire crews found no sign of fire and no further action was needed.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning one long-haired, two short-haired, four medium-haired and one Abyssinian cat.
