Havre Police Department

Officers arrested Matthew Joseph Saddler of Havre, 33, Tuesday at 8:01 p.m. on a violation of conditions of release related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers arrested Sharlie Patricia Walter of Havre, 30, on a Justice or City court warrant and a change of failure to produce proof of insurance during a motor vehicle stop Tuesday at 2:27 p.m. on 10th Street West.

Officers arrested three people and issued another a summons Tuesday at 6:39 p.m. on Second Avenue after a caller reported at 3:01 p.m. that she needed assistance getting her things back. Brandy Leian Stimson of Havre, 18, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of endangering the welfare of children; a 14-year-old was arrested on a pick and hold order and charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and juvenile curfew violation; and Anthony Garren Azure of Havre, 19, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and charges of endangering the welfare of children and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. Joshua Daniel Kaupang of Havre, 34, was issued a summons for charge of endangering the welfare of children, two counts.

Officers investigated after an 11th Street West caller reported today at 12:08 a.m. that a female was assaulted by two other females and she has minor injuries.

Officers assisted a citizen today at 12:51 a.m. on Jefferson Avenue. No further information was made available.

Officers arrested Alyce Julia Linda Lamotte of Wolf Point, 27, on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license today at 1:34 a.m. near Carpenter Park.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Brandy Leian Stimson of Havre, 18, on a possession of drug paraphernalia Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Anthony Garren Azure of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. at HCDC.

Medical crews responded to three calls Tuesday and one today.

The animal shelter held this morning three medium-haired and three short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a male Australian shepherd-border collie cross, a female Labrador retriever, a male American bulldog-pit bull terrier, a female pit bull terrier-spaniel mix, and three mixed-breed puppies — two males and one female.
