A caller on 13th Street reported Monday at 8:28 a.m. finding an Oakley sunglass case.

A vehicle crash was reported Monday at 2:41 p.m. at a First Street business.

Michelle Nichole Healy of Havre, 36, was arrestedMonday at 4:56 p.m. on Fifth Ave. on a Justice or City court warrant after probation and patrol reported at 2:56 p.m. Monday having a woman with an active warrant in the office.

Christine Louise Hostetler of Havre, 55, was arrested on charges of failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Leeann Lynn Duran of Havre, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, after officers responded to a disturbance report from First Street West Monday at 8:29 p.m.

A caller Monday at 9:26 p.m. reported two fishing poles stolen from his vehicle parked at a First Street establishment.

——

A 12-year-old was issued a summons on juvenile curfew violations and theft of lost or mislaid property after a Second Street caller reported suspicious activity Monday at 9:50 p.m.

Myron Scott Michel of Havre, 49, was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault and violation of conditions of release after a Ninth Avenue caller Monday at 10:53 p.m. reported a man beating up a woman.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Desarae Rose Matte of Havre, 27, was arrested at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 11:53 a.m. on a charge of violation of a protective order.

Chancie Jade Houle of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and obstructing a peace officer of other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant at the detention center Monday at 4:26 p.m.

Steve Jacob Raining Bird of Rocky Boy, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and Darwin Dalton Sutherland of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia during a vehicle stop on Third Avenue in Box Elder Monday at 11:58 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats with sex listed as “unknown,” two medium-hair female cats, three medium-hair male cats, two female short-hair cats and one female long-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 22-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 1-year-old female Corgi-border collie mix-breed, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, and a 17-week-old male Australian shepherd.

Births

A boy was born Monday, May 21, 2018, to Nora Wood and Justin Tendoy of Rocky Boy.
