Havre Police Department

A caller at a First Street West establishment reported a broken vehicle window at 6:40 a.m. Wednesday.

Tawny Sue Campbell of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Wednesday 12:42 p.m. caller at a First Avenue location reported possible abuse.

A Third Avenue business caller reported a possible counterfeit bill at 3:01 p.m. Wednesday.

--

Chad Jerome Wolfchild of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, reasonable apprehension of harm, after a caller at a First Street business reported a suspicious man Wednesday at 3:13 p.m.

A caller at a First Street West business reported Wednesday at 3:44 p.m. a vehicle had backed into something.

--

A Fourth Street caller reported Wednesday at 6:29 p.m. getting bit by a pit bull.

--

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in the city, after a caller on Fourth Avenue reported an intoxicated man was punching the air, shouting and being disruptive Wednesday at 7:41 p.m.

Officers investigated after a Havre area juvenile called 911 Wednesday at 9:34 p.m. to say that her parents were arguing.

A domestic disturbance was reported on Ninth Avenue at 10:06 p.m. Wednesday.

--

A stolen 2006 GMC pickup truck was reported by a Second Avenue caller at 1 a.m. today.

--

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a Lila Drive caller reported a drunken man.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud reported Wednesday at 12:19 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Someone was served a warrant at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 12:30 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Wednesday and two early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat and 13 11- and 12-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, and two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one long-haired female cat. Another seven kittens, all 11 weeks old, were being held at another facility.

The shelter also held this morning a mixed-breed female 26-week-old puppy, a male Lhasa Apso dog, a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a two male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppies, a male German shepherd dog and a shepherd-golden retriever 8-month-old puppy.
