A caller reported a semitractor-trailer rollover on Second Street West Wednesday at 6:46 a.m.

A 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show was reported at the police station Wednesday at 8 a.m.

A vehicle crash was reported on Third Street at 9 a.m. Wednesday.

--

A door was reported kicked in on Second Street Wednesday at 12:33 p.m.

A crash involving a bus was reported at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday on 15th Street.

--

Wednesday at 5:13 p.m. a Second Street caller reported a neighbor yelling at kids.

--

Needles were reported found in the trash Wednesday at 6:03 p.m. on Second Street.

A vehicle crash was reported on Second Street West Thursday at 5:03 a.m.

--

A Seventh Street caller reported Thursday at 6:30 a.m. that a four-wheeler was stolen sometime the previous night.

Vandalism to a rental was reported to a Third Avenue rental Thursday at 10:48 a.m.

Officers assisting the Tri-Agency Task Force made three arrests on warrants Thursday at 2:05 p.m. on Second Street. No details on the charges were provided.

A caller at a First Street establishment reported a fake $20 bill Thursday at 6:47 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller at a business west of Havre reported a theft, forgery or fraud at 11:18 a.m. Thursday.

An arrest was made at a U.S. Highway 2 West business after a shoplifter was reported at 2:23 p.m. Thursday. No details on the charges were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Firefighters responded to two gas odor calls Thursday, the first at 11:58 a.m. on the 5000 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West where no odor was detected, and the second at 12:06 p.m. on the 1500 Block of Washington Avenue where residents smelled gas near a heater. NorthWestern Energy crews took over at the second scene.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one long-hair cat, one medium-hair 13-week-old kitten, two long-hair 16-week-old kittens and one medium-hair cat, all of unknown gender, a female and a male short-hair cats, one male and two female medium-hair cats, a female calico cat, a female long-hair cat and a female long-hair 16-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning one male and one female shepherd dogs, three male mix-breed dogs, a male mix-breed 17-week-old puppy, a male Akbash dog, and a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog. The shelter also was separately housing one female mixed-breed 12-week-old puppy.

Births

A boy was born Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019, to Evelyn and Brian Stahl of Gildford Colony.
