Havre Police Department

Justin Radim Jezek of Havre, 38, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on Third Avenue reported at 9:13 a.m. Tuesday that a house had been egged again.

Terry Nate Standing Rock of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on charges of theft and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant and Saraphine Sadie Russette of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and theft after a caller at a First Street West business reported Tuesday at 2:16 p.m. finding possible stolen items.

A Smithville Road caller reported Tuesday at 6:02 p.m. finding a window broken out of a vehicle.

A Cleveland Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 8:34 p.m. finding a set of golf clubs in he caller's driveway.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a complaint made on Third Street North Tuesday at 6:53 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Tuesday and two calls early this morning.

Firefighters responded to an alarm that turned out to be a false alarm on the 1300 Block of First Street at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Repairs were being made on a sprinkler system.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four 8-week-old kittens, two 5-week-old kittens and a 10 week old kitten all of unknown gender, seven female cats and four male cats.

The shelter also held a male St. Bernard-mix dog, two female mixed breed dogs, a female collie dog, a male 8-month-old puppy, a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 18-week-old mixed-breed puppy.
