Havre Police Department

After receiving a complaint from a Third Avenue establishment at 2:47 p.m. Monday, officers arrested Jordan Nash Windyboy of Rocky Boy, 37, on four Justice or City court warrants.

Officers investigated a report made at 3:57 p.m. Monday from a 13th Street parking lot of a gray Chevrolet Colorado being hit.

Officers investigated a report made at 5:03 p.m. Monday from Second Avenue of a black Dodge Ram being struck in a hit-and-run crash.

After a caller from a First Street West establishment reported an intoxicated man urinated in front of customers and then got in a gray Ford F-530 pickup truck that was at the time of the call parked in front of a sign which he almost hit, officers made an arrest. Details of the arrest were not available by printing deadline this morning

Officers making a motor vehicle stop at 11:30 p.m. Monday on 13th Street West arrested Stephanie Rita Small of Have, 37, on charges of endangering the welfare of children, permitting an unauthorized minor to drive, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and driving with expired registration and issued a summons to a 17-year-old girl on charges of driving without a license.

Officers issued a summons, details not available on the dispatch log, after a caller from 17 Street at 5:50 this morning reported a man was sleeping in the caller's backyard.

Hill County Sheriff

After receiving calls from a west Havre business starting at 3:31 p.m. Monday reporting a woman in the middle of traffic trying to get a ride then walking in the middle of traffic, deputies arresed Desirea Lee Writingbird of Box Elder, 40, on a Justice or City court warrant.

Deputies served a state District Court warrant on violations of conditions on Julia Larita-Jo Snow of Havre, 34, at 3:58 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Monday and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held five female cats and five male cats.

The shelter also held a male and two female mixed-breed dogs, a male and two female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppies.
