Arthur Ryan Windboy Sr. of Havre, 43, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license after someone stopped at the police station Friday at 7:15 a.m. to report that a man without a valid driver's license had driven.

Officers investigated a Friday 8:50 a.m. vehicle crash on Fourth Street after a caller reported that a woman driving a car hit two of her neighbors vehicles.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation after a Boulevard Avenue caller asked Friday at 9:45 a.m. to speak with an officer about a runaway girl.

Terrie Michele Mattson of Havre, 60, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served on Second Street Friday at noon.

Officers investigated a Friday 12:34 p.m. report that an older man in a blue Ford car hit a street sign then went into a First Street West establishment.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash reported on Fourth Avenue West Friday at 12:36 p.m.

A First Street caller reported Friday at 3:40 p.m. that someone vandalized his fence with a marker.

A caller at a Sixth Avenue business reported that a driver crashed a Honda Accord in the building Friday at 4:52 p.m. and the passenger had a possible dislocated knee cap.

A Sixth Street caller reported finding a set of keys Friday at 6:50 p.m.

A hit and run crash was reported on Montana Avenue Friday at 9:02 p.m.

Bradley Lynn Perkins of Havre, 22, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants served during a Friday 9:22 p.m. vehicle stop on Sixth Street.

Danielle Lynn George of Havre, 18, and Kylie Rae Irwin or Havre, 18, were each issued a summons on a charge of assault with reasonable apprehension of injury after an assault was reported on Second Street at 11:22 p.m. Friday.

Conner William Bender of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transfer or possession of alcohol after a caller at a First Street establishment reported someone with a fake ID Saturday at 1:26 a.m.

Officers assisted on an ambulance call Saturday at 9:20 a.m. on Third Street.

A caller at a First Street business reported at 4 p.m. Saturday having video and a description of a shoplifter from earlier in the day.

Lana Standing Chief of Havre, 40, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt while officers were assisting a county agency Saturday at 4:10 p.m.

Teage Michael Fought of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on charges of under age tobacco possession of consumption and false ID by a minor to get alcohol after a caller at an 11th Street business reported Saturday at 4:15 p.m. someone tried to make a purchase with a false ID then left a debit card behind.

Officers investigated a report that fake money was found at a Third Avenue business Saturday at 5:08 p.m.

Grant William Saddler of Havre, 56, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a Second Street West caller reported Saturday at 6:53 p.m. that a husband was beating his wife, and he was served a summons Sunday at 7:30 p.m. on Second Street West.

Officers investigated a Saturday 9:14 p.m. disturbance on Lincoln Avenue.

Anthony Joseph Lovenguth of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on a charge of sexual assault after callers reported a bar fight Sunday at 1:42 a.m.

A 14th Avenue caller asked Sunday at 5:34 a.m. to speak to an officer about an assault.

--

A caller at an 11th Street West business reported at 7:11 a.m. Sunday that the passenger side mirror was broken out of a vehicle.

Mark Allen Daniel of Havre, 31, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a First Street Northeast caller reported a man had trespassed on the property Sunday at 7:53 a.m.

Officers investigated a cross report from Child and Family Services made Sunday at 11:12 a.m.

--

A caller on First Street West reported Sunday at 8:24 p.m. finding an electronic funds card.

--

Officers investigated graffiti on a Second Street business at 1:55 a.m. today.

--

A caller at a Montana State University-Northern residence hall asked at 2:03 a.m. today to speak with an officer.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported on U.S. Highway 2 East at 7:58 a.m. Friday, and deputies were asked at 2:03 p.m. to return to the location because the resident had discovered that things were missing.

Deputies responded with Montana Highway Patrol troopers and Havre Fire Department to a vehicle crash on Beaver Creek Highway between mile markers 3 and 4. A caller reported Friday at 5:25 p.m. that a truck had rolled multiple times down into a coulee, and that the driver had head wounds and bleeding but was up talking and walking.

Sierra Marie Flammond of Havre, 26, was arrested on a charge of obscene phone call after a caller on 36th Avenue Northeast asked at 7:28 p.m. Friday to speak with a deputy.

Deputies were asked at 9:52 a.m. Saturday to provide assistance to someone in the county.

--

An arrest was made after officers were asked Saturday at 2:14 p.m. to make a well-being check on two kids on U.S. Highway 87. No details on charges were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to eight calls Friday, six calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and one early this morning, with five of the calls in conjunction with a fire engine and crew.

Firefighters were called Saturday to the 1400 Block of Fourth Street at 8:56 a.m. and to the 2000 Block of Sixth Avenue at 4:53 p.m. to provide assistance if needed at vehicle crash sites.

--

Firefighters were called to the 10 Block of Beaver Creek Highway at 7:06 p.m. Saturday and the 700 Block of Third Avenue at 2:30 a.m. Sunday for unauthorized burns, which they requested be put out.

Firefighters responded to the 800 Block of Fourth Street Sunday at 6:21 p.m. to help remove a cat from a tree.

--

Firefighters responded at 6:36 a.m. today to the 10 Block of 13th Street West to a report of a downed power line, but the report was not completed by print deadline this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a 6-month-old kitten and one 12-week-old kitten both of unknown gender, three female cats, two female 16-week-old kittens, a male and a female 10-week-old kittens, one male 19-week-old kitten and two male cats. A male 16-week-old kitten and a male 17-week-old kitten were being held separately but are also available for adoption.

The shelter also held a male catahoula leopard dog, a female 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male husky dog and a female 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also being held separately were a female and a male 5-week-old puppies, a 7-month-old male puppy and a 21-week-old female puppy, all of mixed breed.
