Havre Police Department

Roger Michael Otto of Havre, 43, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after officers were notified Tuesday at 9:56 a.m. that a remote alcohol monitoring device had been tampered with.

A caller on Fifth Avenue reported Tuesday at 11 a.m. that the antenna had been broken off his pickup truck and asked for extra patrols in the area.

Officers investigated a Tuesday 2:15 p.m. report of vandalism at a First Street Northeast business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 1:08 p.m. Tuesday on Road 475 North.

A Tuesday 1:56 p.m. call that a wreck had occurred on the Kremlin High-Grade Road and the vehicle occupants were injured was referred to another law enforcement agency. Chouteau County dispatch notified that vehicle occupants were bleeding and an ambulance was sent at 2:06 p.m.

A caller at a Box Elder establishment reported Tuesday at 3:52 p.m. that a phone had been stolen.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to nine calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a 16-week-old kitten and a 6-month-old kitten, both of unknown gender, two female cats, a male 13-week-old kitten, a female 11-week-old kitten, a female 7-month-old kitten and a male 14-week-old kitten. A male 17-week-old kitten and a male 19-week-old kitten were being held separately but are also available for adoption.

The shelter also held a male catahoula leopard dog, a female 17-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male shepherd dog, a male husky dog, a female 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a male Yorkshire terrier dog. Also being held separately were a female and a male 7-week-old puppies and a male 7-month-old puppy, all of mixed breed.
