Officers investigated a Friday 10:45 a.m. report that a pickup truck on 12th Street was egged during the night.

Davis William Cravens of Havre, 24, was arrested on three counts of vandalism and a charges of false reports to law enforcement authorities, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without proof of vehicle insurance, and Vincent Matthew Morin of Havre, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on First Street West Friday at 4:15 p.m.

A hit and run crash was reported at the police station Friday at 6:23 p.m.

Larry Holt of Havre, 81, was issued a summons on a charge of failure to yield right of way on First Street Friday at 6:27 p.m.

A caller on First Street Northeast reported at 10:46 p.m. Friday catching someone breaking into a residence.

Officers made an investigation during a vehicle stop on Third Avenue Friday at 10:49 p.m.

Kurt Allan Eagleman of Havre, 41, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants served on First Street at 11:45 p.m. Friday.

Killian Bryce Foursouls of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of criminal child endangerment, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving under the influence after a First Street Northeast caller reported an active disturbance involving a couple Saturday at 12:46 a.m.

A Fourth Avenue caller reported Saturday at 7:36 a.m. that a man sleeping in a vehicle appeared to have been beaten up.

Sean Daniel Azure of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI, failure to carry proof of insurance and driving without a driver's license after a vehicle stop on Sixth Street Saturday at 12:31 p.m.

A two-car crash was reported on Third Avenue Saturday at 12:47 p.m.

Victorri Faith Rosette of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia when warrants were served on 15th Avenue Saturday at 2:13 p.m.

Officers investigated a two vehicle crash at 11th Street West and Boulevard Avenue Saturday at 4:07 p.m.

Lana Standing Chief of Havre, 40, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at the police station Saturday at 8 p.m.

A Saturday 11:36 p.m. report of a bag of drugs found on Second Street Northeast was referred to another law enforcement agency.

Darnell Kay Champagne of Havre, 42, was arrested on a charge of sexual assault after a Havre caller reported a sex offense Saturday at 11:51 p.m.

Michael Anthony Kinsey of Harlem, 30, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI, reckless driving and open alcohol container in a vehicle on the highway during a vehicle stop on First Street West Sunday at 1:49 a.m.

Lana Standing Chief of Havre, 40, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at the police station Sunday at 8:02 a.m.

A Sunday 11:24 a.m. caller reported a vehicle had been hit while parked on First Street overnight.

A caller at a First Street business reported Sunday at 12:03 p.m. that three German shepherd running loose were killing pigeons.

Lana Standing Chief of Havre, 40, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge while assisting another law enforcement agency on U.S. Highway 2 East Sunday at 5:03 p.m.

Officers investigated an incident while assisting Havre Fire Department with a medical call on 17th Street West Sunday at 9:58 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made related to a complaint reported at 7:14 a.m. Friday on Old Post Road, but no details on the charges was provided.

A caller reported Friday at 3:34 p.m. finding a wallet in Beaver Creek Park.

Deputies investigated an incident at the pavilion along Beaver Creek Reservoir Friday at 9:38 p.m.

A vehicle versus cow crash on Beaver Creek Park Friday at 9:38 p.m. was referred to another agency.

Kurt Allan Eagleman of Havre, 41, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 12:20 a.m.

Elton Carl Byxbe of Inverness, 59, and Justin Ray Melby of Havre, 42, were each issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transfer or possession of alcohol, after a complaint was made in Inverness Saturday at 2:40 p.m.

Deputies investigated a 10:11 a.m. Sunday report of theft, forgery or fraud.

An arrest was made by deputies investigating a complaint was made at a Box Elder establishment Sunday at 3:05 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, one Saturday, two Sunday at one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 17 kittens of varying ages and three cats all of unknown gender, three female cats, two male 11-week-old kittens, a female 7-month-old kitten, and a male 15-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male catahoula leopard dog, a female 19-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male shepherd dog and a male husky dog. Also being held separately were a female and a male 8-week-old puppies and a male 8-month-old puppy, all of mixed breeding.
