Officers investigated a 24/7 Sobriety Program update reported at 8:02 a.m. Monday.

Lynnell Leigh Boldt of Harlem, 38, was arrested on two state District Court warrants and a charge of driving without a driver's license while officers were assisting Blaine County Sheriff's Office Monday at 12:33 p.m. in a search for a person with a warrant traveling in a silver Pontiac.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a Monday 4:05 p.m. caller reported needing help removing an intoxicated man on Second Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Terrance John Piapot of Rocky Boy, 39, was arrested on charges of probation violation and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant during a vehicle stop on Beaver Creek Road Friday at 9:43 a.m.

Gabriel Lain Edmonds of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported an employee theft Friday at 2:47 p.m.

Ronald Kelly Overlie of Chester, 59, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after deputies were called to assist police officers on U.S. Highway 2 East Saturday at 11:25 a.m.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Saturday at 2:05 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Patrick Howard St. Marks of Havre, 56, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant after assisting Rocky Boy Police officers Saturday at 8:50 p.m. remove an intoxicated man from a Box Elder establishment.

Angela NezPerce Moreni of Havre, 24, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a disturbance was reported on U.S. Highway 2 East Sunday at 3:38 a.m.

A Sunday 3:19 p.m. caller asked deputies to perform a welfare check on Fresno Road South.

Mario Patacsil of Box Elder, 53, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and three Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a Box Elder establishment asked for assistance Monday at 1:15 a.m. removing an intoxicated man from the premises.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and one 9-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, four female cats, five male cats, and one male 6-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, three female mixed-breed dogs, a male German shepherd, a female shepherd, a male corgi, a female 24-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 15-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also held separately are five 7-week-old puppies, two 5-week-old puppies and a female 9-month-old puppy, all mixed-breeds.
