Delbert Duane Skidmore of Helena, 43, was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and "attempt" after a caller at a First Street business reported a male shoplifter Monday at 8:24 a.m. Skidmore was later arrested on shoplifting charges after a caller at a different First Street business reported Monday at 4:19 p.m. that a man caught by surveillance cameras shoplifting Sunday had just walked into the store.
