Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a juvenile status offense at 10:36 p.m. Thursday and in response an 11:34 a.m. call from a parent concerned about the juvenile.

A caller asked Thursday at 3:01 p.m. for assistance removing a man from a Ninth Avenue property.

A caller at a First Street business reported that the driver of a silver, Chevrolet pickup truck drove off with a nozzle and hose Thursday at 3:29 p.m.

A caller on Montana State University-Northern campus reported finding a wallet Thursday at 4:40 p.m.

Brayton Michael Kasper of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children and a 13-year-old girl was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation after a 16th Street caller reported at 4:47 a.m. today that her juvenile daughter was not home.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported by a caller at a business on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Thursday and two early this morning, including a 12:38 a.m. fire call to the 300 Block of Fifth Street for a reported gas leak. No evidence of a leak could be found.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and two kittens of unknown gender, five male cats, three female cats, a male 22-week-old kitten and a female 6-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held two male mixed-breed dogs, a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female pit bull-border collie cross and a female 20-week-old puppy. Also held separately were a male 17-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy, one male mixed-breed dog and a female 23-week-old border collie puppy.
