Charlye Jillian Garcia of Havre, 32, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue Wednesday at 12:12 p.m.

Tracy Nichole Todoroff of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver's license after a caller on First Street West reported a pickup truck with the wrong plates on it Wednesday at 1:48 p.m.

A report of a vehicle backing into the caller's car came from First Avenue Wednesday at 5:27 p.m.
