Havre Police Department

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 10:55 a.m. to speak with an officer about a previous case.

Havre Public Works reported Thursday at 11:30 a.m. that the lock box at the water fill station on 16th Avenue was broken into.

A caller asked officers at 1:30 p.m. Thursday to perform a welfare check on a someone on Second Street Northeast.

Officers investigated a Thursday 6:08 p.m. report of stolen Nintendo 3D's and Nintendo Switch on Seventh Street.

John Allen Horseman of Fort Belknap, 50, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass to property after officers investigated suspicious activity on First Street Thursday at 8:35 p.m.

A 911 caller asked dispatch Thursday at 8:59 p.m. to alert the emergency room that the caller was en route with a person suffering from an acute medical condition.

Claudine Chiefstick of Lodge Pole, 58, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers received complaint at 1:13 a.m. today about a person needing to be removed from a Third Avenue West basement.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of underage tobacco possession of consumption reported Thursday at 2:16 p.m. at Box Elder High School.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Thursday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 1-week-old kittens of unknown gender, three female cats, three male cats and a male 11-month-old kitten. Also, one male 7-week-old kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie dog, a female Chihuahua-corgi cross dog, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a female 10-month-old St. Bernard puppy, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Rottweiler dog and a female 7-month-old Rottweiler puppy. Also, a male mixed-breed dog, a female 24-week-old Labrador retriever-border collie cross puppy and a female 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy were being held in foster care.
