Havre Police Department

A 12th Street caller reported a bad check Monday at 2:08 p.m.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass to property after a Second Street caller reported a trespasser Monday at 8:34 p.m.

Mayann Margaret Weaving of Havre, 18, was arrested on a charge of theft and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street business reported someone stole three lighters.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Darrin Dean Longfox of Havre, 26, was arrested on charges of vandalism and disorderly conduct after a caller on 15th Street Northeast reported Monday at 9:51 p.m. that a man was trying to enter her home.

Officers investigated a drug offense reported by Hill County Detention Center officers in booking.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Monday.

Firefighters responded to one call at 8:04 a.m. Monday on the 800 Block of Fourth Street where they had to reset an alarm.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 2-week-old kittens, two cats, one 6-month-old kitten and four 3-day-old kittens all of unknown gender, two female 15-week-old kittens, three female cats, three male cats and a female 13-week-old kitten. Another four 10-week-old kittens were being cared for in a foster home.

The shelter also held two male mixed breed dogs, a male pit bull terrier, a male border collie, a female 9-month-old border collie puppy, three male and one female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog and a male pit bull-border collie. Also a male 8-week-old mixed-breed puppy, three female 16-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a male mixed-breed dog were listed in foster care.
