A Third Street West caller reported Wednesday at 2:01 p.m. that an employee ran into the building.

A possible identity theft was reported Wednesday at 4:04 p.m.

A hit and run vehicle crash on Third Street was reported at 4:59 p.m. Wednesday.

Malcolm D. Mitchell of Havre, 24, and Kylee Leshay Oats of Havre, 21, were each arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and endangering the welfare of children after a caller on First Street Northeast reported finding a girl with blood on her Wednesday at 11:05 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A vehicle theft was reported at a Box Elder establishment Wednesday at 9:55 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held seven kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, three male cats, one male kitten, two female kittens and three female cats.

The shelter also held one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 23-week-old German shepherd puppy, four mixed breed puppies, a male terrier-dachshund-cross, a male pit bull-Labrador-cross and a male Siberian husky. Additionally, three 16-week-old puppies and one male dog, all of mixed-breed, were being fostered, and nine 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
