After a caller from Boulevard Avenue at 9:37 a.m. Thursday had questions about drugs, and another call was made from Boulevard Avenue at 11:01 a.m. with no details listed in the dispatch log, officers served a search warrant at 1:37 p.m. Thursday on Boulevard Avenue. The officers made two arrests but no details were available in the dispatch log. Timothy Anderson and Carissa Bushard were listed as involved parties, and the Hill County Detention Center this morning listed Anderson and a Carissa Anderson as being held without bond on pending charges, both arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and endangering the welfare of children.

At 9:18 p.m. Thursday officers investigated a request for assistance from 12th Avenue in which the caller said a neighbor's apartment had flooded and flooded the caller's apartment.

Officers investigated a report made at 12:12 this morning of a report of a fight at an establishment on the 200 Block of First Street West but were unable to locate the suspect and a caller did not answer questions.

Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter Thursday morning held three cats all of unknown gender, three female cats, two male 6-month-old kittens and one male cat, as well as three cats in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held eight mixed-breed puppies of varying ages, a male and two female mixed-breed dogs, a male Yorkshire terrier and a male German shepherd. Additionally, a male mixed-breed dog was being housed off-site, and four 11-week-old puppies and six 8-week-old puppies, all mixed-breed, were being held separately.
