The first baby born in 2023 at Northern Montana Hospital was Nora Elise Hintz-Skramstad. She arrived Jan. 2, 2023, at 10:23 a.m. She weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces. and was 18.24 inches long. Her proud parents are Amelia Hintz and Lester Skramstad. Her family and hospital staff welcomed little Nora to the world.
