National Weather Service predicts a chance of rain and snow the rest of the week in this region, with highs in the upper 20s to 30s today and Wednesday with a little warmer day Thursday. But the forecast predicts temperature to again drop below zero for lows in much of the region for Friday through Sunday, with highs mainly in the single digits Saturday through Monday.
