Havre Police Department

Kimberly Ann Leeds of Havre, 54, was issued a summons on charges of failure to give notice of accident, failure to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, careless driving, and hit and run after she called to report a hit and run crash on Second Street Monday at 6:51 a.m.

Lincoln Gregory Yarama of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show reported at 8:03 a.m. Monday at the police station.

A hit and run crash was reported on Seventh Avenue Monday at 9:57 a.m.

A 2:36 p.m. Monday caller asked officer to perform a welfare check on Second Street.

Havre Public Works was notified after a Fifth Street caller reported two dead deer Monday at 4:23 p.m.

--

A caller reported hitting a fire hydrant on First Avenue Monday at 6:05 p.m.

--

A second call Monday at 6:35 p.m. about dead deer on Fifth Street was referred to public works.

--

An 8:35 p.m. Monday caller reported a credit card stolen in the Havre area.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Someone stopped at the sheriff's office Monday at 2:54 p.m. to report suspicious activity.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats of unknown gender, five male cats and two female cats.

The shelter also held six mixed-breed puppies ages 6 to 11 months, two male and one female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-cross, a male pit bull terrier, 11 9-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a male German shepherd. Additionally, seven 11-week-old puppies and a male dog, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
