An arrest was made after a woman was reported crying in a First Street business Tuesday at 2:25 p.m. No details on the charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Josephine Arkinson, who was named as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a charge of disorderly conduct.
