The theft of a 2008 red GMC pickup truck was reported on Second Street at 6:04 a.m. Tuesday.

A 10:02 a.m. Tuesday caller on Second Avenue reported that after cashing a check with a mobile app, someone else cashed it again.

A 2013 Chevrolet 1500 pickup was reported stolen on 14th Avenue at 10:18 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers investigated a sexual or violent offender registry violation Tuesday at 3:37 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

William Joseph Bostwick of Havre, 31, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, no vehicle insurance, operating a vehicle with fictitious plates and two counts of violation of child restraint laws; Dixie Lynn Hernandez of Havre, 51 was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants, and Lafawn Renee Ruiz of Havre, 33, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after deputies investigated suspicious activity on Fifth Avenue Tuesday at 3:04 p.m.

An arrest was made after deputies investigated suspicious activity on 14th Street West at 1:42 a.m. today. No details on charges were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a call on 13th Avenue Tuesday at 9:29 a.m., but no services were needed.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one kitten of unknown gender, eight male cats, four female cats and one male kitten.

The shelter also held nine mixed-breed dogs, a male 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 18-week-old shepherd puppy. Additionally, four 8-week-old shepherd puppies and a male mixed-breed dog were being housed off-site.
