A drug offense was reported at a First Street business Friday at 8:41 a.m.

A caller on Third Street reported Friday at 11:56 a.m. that a vehicle got rear-ended.

Animal Control assistance was requested Friday at 12:49 p.m. on Baltrusch Trail.

--

A lost wallet was reported at 2:49 p.m. Friday.

--

A two-vehicle crash was reported on First Street Friday at 5:05 p.m.

--

A 12-year old girl was issued a summons on an assault charge after a Friday 8:38 p.m. caller reported a juvenile was assaulted on First Avenue.

--

A 12-year old boy was issued a summons on an assault charge after a Friday 9:47 p.m. caller reported their son was assaulted on First Avenue.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 70, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller reported people who might be intoxicated outside a Fifth Avenue business Friday at 10:28 p.m. and a caller at 11:31 p.m. reported someone was laying at the bottom of the steps at the location.

Marlayna Shanelle Snow of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of criminal child endangerment, driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, habitual traffic offender, speeding and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance after a vehicle stop on First Street Friday at 10:29 p.m.

Nolan Earl Snell of Havre, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Washington Avenue family member reported seeing Snell Saturday at 4:23 p.m.

Jeffrey Spencer Stacy of Havre, 48, was issued a summons on a vicious dog charge after a 16th Street West caller reported Saturday at 5:41 p.m. that a dog jumped a fence and killed a cat.

Tesla Rose Hoops of Havre, 32, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants and a charge of resisting arrest after a First Street caller reported Saturday at 11:44 p.m. a woman was in the building and knocking on people's doors.

A Second Street caller reported Sunday at 12:45 a.m. that their phone had been stolen and sold.

Amari Love Longknife of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show violation Sunday at 8:07 a.m.

Megan Michelle Mountain of Havre, 26, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant after an 8:33 p.m. Sunday caller on Third Street reported a family member beat up the caller.

--

Josephine Arkinson of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served after a Sunday 9:08 p.m. caller on Third Street reported a belligerent woman who was screaming and yelling.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Harold Edwin Main of Harlem, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of no driver's license and stop sign violation, and Grace Larae Seymour of Chinook, 21, was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs and on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East in Havre Saturday at 2:15 a.m.

Ryan Edwin Deffinbaugh of Havre, 24, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served Saturday at 3:49 a.m. on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Friday, four calls Saturday, two calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 8-week-old kittens of unknown gender, four female cats and seven male cats.

The shelter also held six dogs, three 9-week-old puppies, and five puppies from 13 weeks to 9 months old. Additionally, a female 16-week-old puppy, a female 10-week-old puppy and a male dog were being housed off-site.
