Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 7:20 a.m. Thursday report that the caller's boyfriend broke out a back window with a brick on Beaver Creek Boulevard.

Jacina Doney of Havre, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after someone waved over officers on Ninth Avenue at 8:34 a.m. Thursday.

Someone stopped by the police station Thursday at 2:25 p.m. to turn in evidence related to three thefts. Angel Anthony Villarreal was issued a summons on a theft by shoplifting charge related to one of the investigations.

Officers initiated investigation of a sexual or violent offender registry violation in the county Thursday at 2:28 p.m.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was reported at Fourth Street and Sixth Avenue at 7:45 p.m. Thursday.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 8:05 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.

A 2:19 a.m. Friday caller on First Avenue reported that a man was stalking her and they had gotten into a physical altercation.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Thursday at 1:13 p.m.

Lance Anthony Pitkanen of Havre, 41, was arrested on a state district Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 3:21 p.m.

Richard Joel Meyers of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and four Justice or City court warrants served at the detention center at 4:03 p.m. Thursday.

Deputies assisted another agency Thursday at 11:37 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Thursday and one early Friday morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Friday morning held three female cats, eight male cats and seven kittens between 5 and 12 weeks old.

The shelter also held six female dogs, three male dogs and six puppies from 11 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, a 21-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.
