Hill County road closure updates as of July 18

Hill County Disaster and Emergency Services issued an update on road conditions as of July 18, 2023, primarily stemming from the flooding due to snowmelt in April.

The updated listing is:

Inverness

80 North of Inverness open — Use extreme caution

• Crews will be working in the North Inverness area so people are asked to use caution and obey all signs for crews

Rudyard

115 South Mile Marker 16-30 — Closed

55 South — Passable but use caution

65 North roads between roads 180-190 — Use caution

Kremlin

80 W Kremlin South — Open, use caution

50 South to 405 S. Fresno — Open, use caution. Soft at the washout, people are advised not to drive heavy equipment on the roadway

North Havre

Cottonwood Bridge — Water bottom is soft, people are advised not to drive heavy equipment on the roadway
