Resolution No. 3887 (first reading) — A Resolution Levying and Assessing a Tax on Property within the City Limits to Defray the Cost of Bull Hook Maintenance for the City of Havre, Montana, for the Fiscal Year of 2023-2024.

Request by the Steve Heil Family to close 3rd Street between 2nd and 5th avenues within City Limits on Sept. 15, 2023, for the 2023 Steve Heil Memorial Car Show in conjunction with Havre Festival Days.

Request from the Havre Chamber of Commerce request for the Annual Celebration of Festival Days Parade Route Street Closure, Saturday Market and Bounce House Street Closure and Open Container Waiver for Tribute Band/Rock Lotto in the Town Square Area Sept. 16, 2023.

Request from PJ’s Restaurant & Casino to Close Main Street behind the Bar to host a Street Dance with Live Music on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023.
