Havre Police Department

Harlan Wilford Stanley of Box Elder, 52, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller on Third Avenue reported Friday at 11:36 a.m. that a man punched the caller in the eye.

A Friday 3:19 p.m. caller reported their vehicle had been rear-ended on Fifth Avenue.

Jasmin Shay Demontiney of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a 7:13 p.m. Friday caller reported a very intoxicated woman walking around near Second Street and Fifth Avenue and officer stopped to speak with a woman on First Street West at 7:41 p.m.

Jeremy Addison Lodgepole of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal child endangerment-driving under the influence, after a 2:13 a.m. Saturday caller reported a fight in a Ninth Avenue residence.

A past-theft victim stopped at the police station Saturday at 12:09 p.m. to report that he had discovered the name of the person who had stolen items from him and then pawned them.

An 8-year-old girl and an 11-year-old girl, both from Havre, were issued summons on shoplifting charges after a theft was reported at a First Street business Saturday at 3:52 p.m.

Colt Ryan Billy of Box Elder, 37, was arrested on one state District Court warrant and six Justice or City court warrants served on First Street at 4:06 p.m. Sunday.

A two-vehicle crash was reported on First Avenue at 1:19 p.m. Sunday.

Theresa Lynn Adamson of Havre, 60, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, no vehicle insurance and operating a vehicle without valid registration after a vehicle stop on 11th Street West Sunday at 2:45 p.m.

A 12-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption after a Sunday 4:43 p.m. caller at Pepin Park on Seventh Avenue reported four or five kids with vape pens.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 61, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a First Street business asked at 6:37 p.m. Sunday for assistance.

--

A missing juvenile was reported at 10:03 p.m. Sunday on Third Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Mason Mitchell Hoskinson of Havre, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at 10:43 a.m. Friday at the probation and parole office.

William James Denny of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Friday at 4:42 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

--

Two arrests were made after a Saturday 7:42 p.m. vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder, but no details on charges were provided.

--

Thefts, forgeries or frauds were reported Sunday by a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 2:31 p.m. and 4:57 p.m.

Montana Highway Patrol

Several callers reported to 911 that two vehicles were in a head-on crash Saturday at 2:55 p.m. on U.S. Highway 2 Northeast. The investigating trooper had not returned a call by print deadline, but the MHP website reported this as an injury crash and Havre Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said an engine and an ambulance were sent to the scene and six people were tended to with one person requiring transport to the hospital.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Friday, two calls Saturday including the crash detailed above, and two calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a vehicle crash Friday at 3:22 p.m. on Fifth Avenue and three fire alarms Saturday that did not have fires. A fire crew also responded to a Saturday vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 2 Northeast that is detailed above.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two 6-month-old kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, six female cats, three male cats, and six kittens between 12 weeks and 6 months old.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held five female mixed-breed dogs, 11 puppies between 12 and 18 weeks old, and a female German shepherd.

Births

A girl was born Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023, to Caitlin and Jack Teske of Kremlin.
