Havre Police Department

Wilson Joel Blackelk III of Havre, 35, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and one state District Court warrant after an officer investigated suspicious activity on U.S. Highway 2 Northeast.

Sam Edman Clawson of Havre, 80, was issued a summons on charges of failure to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle and no vehicle insurance after a caller at a First Street business reported a hit and run crash Tuesday at 1:26 p.m.

A vehicle crash was reported on First Street at 2:05 p.m. Tuesday.

Nova Ravae Crooked Arm of Crow Agency, 27, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a Ninth Avenue residence asked Tuesday at 3:32 p.m. to have a female trespasser removed.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Jennifer Ann Brockett a homeless Montana resident, 39, was arrested on state District Court warrants served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 11:36 a.m.

Deputies investigated a 5:26 p.m. Tuesday complaint about an issue at Box Elder School.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three female cats, seven kittens between 16 weeks and 7 months old, and two male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held seven puppies between 15 weeks and 9 months old, four female mixed-breed dogs, and a female and a male Rottweiler. Additionally, two puppies, ages 19-weeks and 25-weeks, were being housed offsite.
