Havre Police Department

A caller at 7:35 a.m. Friday reported seeing a juvenile walking with no shoes on on First Street West.

Joseph Bradley Brekke of Bozeman, 44, was issued a summons on charges of theft from buildings and vandalism, and Kevin Michael Pearson of Bozeman, 47, and Michael Justin Clark of Bozeman, 49, were each issued a summons on a charge of vandalism after a caller at a First Street business asked Friday at 9:29 a.m. to speak to an officer.

A vehicle crash was reported at 10th Street and Fifth Avenue Friday at 10:51 a.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Friday 1:02 p.m. caller on Second Street reported a dog outside in a kennel.

A three-vehicle crash was reported at Fourth Avenue and Second Street at 3:02 p.m. Friday.

Kyle Andrew Surber of Havre, 35, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants served on Second Street at 6:35 p.m. Friday.

A written of verbal warning was issued after a Second Street caller reported Friday at 8:34 p.m. that a dog had been outside in a kennel for the last two days.

--

A Friday 9:25 p.m. report of a water main break at 10th Street and Fourth Avenue was referred to Havre Public Works.

A caller reported a vehicle struck a pole on 19th Street at 10:16 p.m. Friday.

Robert Joseph Sunchild of Havre, 41, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop on First Street Saturday at 2:06 a.m.

Terry Lee Doney of Havre, 47, was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after a Saturday 3:17 a.m. caller reported a domestic disturbance on 17th Street.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on the alley at 10th Street and Third Avenue reported a white sedan blocking the alley at 10:52 a.m. Saturday.

Rocky Boy Police Department asked Saturday at 4:20 p.m. for assistance with a combative patient they were taking to the hospital.

Joaquin Manyhorse Scott of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, no driver's license, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance and speeding and on three Justice or City court warrants after a vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue at 1:51 a.m. Sunday.

Bradley Lynn Perkins of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failure to yield to oncoming traffic after a vehicle crash was reported on 12th Avenue Sunday at 10:05 a.m.

Neveah James of Havre, 22, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller asked Sunday at 11:12 a.m. for assistance removing a woman from a business on First Street West.

--

A two-vehicle crash was reported on Ninth Street at 11:22 a.m. Sunday.

Austin Tyler Vinger of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on charges of failure to give notice of accident, careless driving and no vehicle insurance after a hit and run crash was reported Sunday at 2:19 p.m. on Washington Avenue.

A Sixth Avenue caller at 6:27 p.m. Sunday reported a neighbor had hit the caller's vehicle.

Officers stopped Sunday at 6:47 p.m. to help someone with a flat tire on Montana Avenue.

--

A patient with a dog bite was reported Sunday at 7:56 p.m. at the hospital.

A Sunday 9:13 p.m. caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported being harassed by customers.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller reported a large tan and white dog running loose on Smithville Road at 9 a.m. Monday.

A possible water main break was reported Monday at 11:36 a.m. on the 1500 Block between Second and Third streets.

A caller at a First Street business reported Monday at 2:39 p.m. that a man had stolen a 30-pack of beer.

--

A flag was reported at 5:10 p.m. Monday stolen from a First Street West business.

Colorado James McConnell of Havre, 24, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a vehicle stop on First Avenue West Monday at 10:35 p.m.

Officers stopped at 12:12 a.m. today to check on someone sleeping in the doorway at Havre-Hill County Library.

--

A caller reported at 2:26 a.m. today that the doors were wide open at a third Avenue business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 11:23 a.m.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, assault with a weapon, runaway juvenile and underage tobacco possession or consumption, after a caller in North Havre reported made a 9:44 a.m. Saturday report of a runaway juvenile, said Undersheriff Stan Martin. Deputies found and returned the boy, with citations for runaway juvenile and tobacco possession, Martin added, but at 11:40 a.m. deputies were called back to the residence because the juvenile had a knife and was making threats. Martin said that, at that time, the boy was arrested and taken to the juvenile detention center in Great Falls.

Deputies assisted officers with a call Sunday at 11:23 a.m. at a First Street West business.

--

Deputies stopped at 4:32 p.m. Sunday to assist with a vehicle that appeared to be stalled near Big Sandy Creek.

--

Deputies were asked by Rocky Boy Police Department to assist Sunday at 11:18 p.m. on Laredo Road.

--

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Monday at 3:59 p.m. that a customer had threatened an employee.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to eight calls Monday and, to catch up on the final weekend report, they responded to two calls Saturday.

Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Third Street at 6:44 a.m. today. Havre Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said this morning that the fire had started in the engine compartment and spread to the cab, but the report hadn't been completed yet so a cause and extent of damages was not available. However, he said, no one was injured in the incident.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held five cats of unknown gender, two female cats, four male cats and a 22-week-old male kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 15 puppies between 11 weeks and 10 months old, one female mixed-breed dog, and one male mixed-breed dog. Additionally, six 16-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
