Correction - Bullwhacker access comments

A story on the front page of the Jan. 5 edition of Havre Daily News about U.S. Bureau of Land Management considering opening access to the Bullwhacker area of Upper Missouri River Breaks Management inadvertently left out where to access the proposal online and how to submit comments.
