Havre Police Department

The theft of a compliance monitoring device was reported at 3:14 p.m. Monday.

Justin James Martin of Havre, 46, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and possession of drug paraphernalia after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 6:22 p.m. that someone had broken into one of the caller's residences by crawling through a window.

Nathan Charles Stanley of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on charges of no vehicle insurance and open container, Stephen Rocky-Jaden Small of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of minor in possession and Sydney Leigh Bull-Lamere of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a charge of no driver's license during a vehicle stop on First Street at 8:18 p.m. Monday.

Jordan Nash Windyboy of Rocky Boy, 40, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a First Street Northeast caller reported hearing people yelling and screaming Monday at 8:19 p.m.

A caller at a First Street establishment reported Monday at 11:47 p.m. that a vehicle had been stolen.

Albert Leo Colantuono of Havre, 30, was issued a summons on charges of no vehicle insurance and operating a vehicle without valid registration after a vehicle stop at 1:04 a.m. today on Second Street West.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on Box Elder Road reported a theft of gas cans at 9:11 a.m. Monday.

Deputies investigated a Child Protective Services report Monday at 9:46 a.m. of a sex offense in the Box Elder area.

A 5:54 p.m. Monday caller in Kremlin asked to speak with a deputy for assistance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Monday and two calls early this morning.

Firefighters, accompanied by an ambulance crew, at 5:30 a.m. today responded to a report of a gas odor on the 400 Block of 10th Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two cats of unknown gender, one female cat and three male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 15 puppies between 12 weeks and 10 months old, two female mixed-breed dogs and one male mixed-breed dog. Additionally, six 17-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
