Havre Police Department

After receiving a request Friday at 12:57 p.m., officers provided extra patrols on Cowan Drive.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Third Avenue West caller asked Friday at 7:26 p.m. for assistance removing a person from the premises.

Officers at 2:12 a.m. Saturday provided assistance to Hill County Sheriff's office on U.S. Highway 2 East.

--

A hit and run crash was reported on First Street at noon Saturday.

--

A 5:23 p.m. Saturday caller on 18th Street reported that a juvenile had punched the caller's son.

--

Officers investigated a call referred to Havre Police from the FBI Saturday at 7:03 p.m.

Lacey Frances Bell of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a minor in possession charge after a caller at a Montana State University-Northern residence hall reported Saturday at 10:46 p.m. that a woman had assaulted a staff member.

Officers provided assistance after a Sunday 12:44 a.m. caller at a First Street West business reported finding needles in a restroom.

--

Officers assisted with a Sunday 1:48 a.m. medical call on the MSU-Northern campus.

--

Colter Stimson of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served Sunday at 2:59 a.m. on Montana Avenue.

A Second Street caller at 11:26 a.m. Sunday reported someone had ransacked the caller's old apartment and some items were stolen.

--

A Fifth Avenue caller reported Sunday at 2:52 p.m. that someone is going through the caller's apartment and taking things.

Leona Marie Chiefstick of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at 10:01 p.m. Sunday on 3rd Avenue.

Two arrests were made after a vehicle stop on 13th Avenue at 12:48 a.m. today. No details on charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Donald Lealan Linderman and Kristopher Ray Probert, who were named as involved parties, were listed in the jail roster this morning, Linderman on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and no vehicle insurance and Probert on a City Court warrant.

An arrest was made after officers stopped on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest to check on a man who seemed to be lost. No details on charges were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were asked Friday at 10:17 a.m. to provide assistance at Box Elder Schools.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 8:10 p.m. Friday at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Tara Alice Jordan of Rocky Boy, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at a First Street establishment Friday at 10:15 p.m.

A Saturday 1:27 a.m. report that someone had struck the signs at the intersection of U.S. highways 2 and 87 west of Havre and the signs were strewn across the road was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

Siris Memphis Granchamp of Hays, 21, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and vandalism after a Saturday 1:38 a.m. caller on U.S. Highway 2 Northeast reported a man had hit the caller and popped the caller's tire.

Jasmin Rose Laforge of Montana, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies stopped to serve the warrant Sunday at 4:54 p.m. on Fifth Avenue.

Raymond William Campbell of Havre, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served on First Street Sunday at 9:29 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Friday, two calls Saturday, eight calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a 9:58 p.m. Sunday fire alarm on 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue, but no fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two cats, two 9-month-old kittens and three 8-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, two female cats and three male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held two female mixed-breed dogs and seven puppies between 19 weeks and 10 months old and. Additionally, six 18-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
