Havre Police Department

Officers responding to a complaint from a business on the 100 Block of Fourth Avenue at 11:55 a.m. Tuesday arrested Isaiah Ross Bigday of Havre, 33, on a charge of disorderly conduct and Brian Lee St. Pierre of Box Elder, 54, on a Justice/City court warrant.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies at the Rocky Boy Detention Center at 2:49 p.m. Tuesday arrested Rikki Lynn Horn of Harlem, 30, on a state District Court warrant and a Justice/City court warrant.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Tuesday.

Havre fire fighters responded to an alarm at a health care facility on 13th Street West at 5:43 p.m. It was a false alarm occurring when the facility was working on the alarms.

Fire fighters responded at 8:13 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a leaking gas hose on the 700 Block of First Street West. The hose was taped and the situation turned over to the company.

Havre Animal Shelter

Two male and three female 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held in foster care this morning.

The dog room this morning held a female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male and a female 13-week-old puppy, two female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 2-year-old mixed breed dog and a 4-year-old male mixed-breed dog.

The shelter this morning held a male and a female mixed-breed puppy and a 1-year-old mixed-breed dog.

The cat room this morning held three 7-week-old kittens of unknown gender, a male 18-week-old medium haired kitten, a male 2-year-old short-haired cat, a female 2-year-old short-haired cat, a female 2-year-old short-haired cat, a female 2-year-old medium-haired cat, two male 3-year-old short-haired cats, two female 3-year-old short-haired cats and a female 5-year-old short-haired cat.
