Officers searched for but couldn't find an intoxicated man having trouble walking reported on Eighth Avenue Monday at 10:07 a.m.

The Child Abuse Hotline made Havre area a report at 10:28 a.m. Monday.

Jesse Lee Schoening of Havre, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at probation and parole offices Monday at 2:21 p.m.

A caller on 11th Street asked officers Monday at 3:28 p.m. for assistance for two juveniles who were dropped off at the wrong bus stop.

--

An arrest was made on a warrant served after a foot pursuit Monday at 5:22 p.m. on Fifth Street. No details on charges were provided.

Officers performed a welfare check on Cleveland Ave at the request of a 5:24 p.m. Monday caller.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a First Avenue caller reported an intoxicated man Monday at 5:49 p.m.

Officers were asked Monday at 6:22 p.m. to perform a VIN inspection on Fourth Street.

A sex offense was reported on First Street at 6:57 p.m. Monday.

A 7:30 p.m. Monday caller asked officers to be on the look-out for a missing truck, but the caller later called back to say the truck was in the caller's possession again.

A Monday 9:56 p.m. caller at the hospital reported a patient had a cat bite.

Someone with Child Protective Services stopped at the police station Monday at 11:45 p.m. for assistance.

Meriel Rose English of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge during a vehicle stop on Second Street at 12:32 a.m. today.

Officers at 3:13 a.m. today assisted with a fire call on Fifth Avenue. The call turned out to be a false alarm.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A sex offense reported at 7:42 p.m. Monday in the Havre area.

Deputies performed a welfare check on 61st Avenue Northwest at the request of a 10:06 p.m. Monday caller.

Deputies assisted at a medical call on U.S. Highway 2 East at 1:26 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Monday and two calls early this morning.

Firefighters responding to a fire alarm on the 2400 Block of Fifth Avenue at 3:05 a.m. today found the call was due to a malfunctioning alarm.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two 9-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, five female cats, three male cats and a 20-week-old male kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held seven mixed-breed puppies between 8 weeks and 6 months old, six female and one male mixed-breed dogs, and one female German shepherd cross dog. Additionally, five 9-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
