Officers provided services on a 7:56 a.m. Tuesday complaint of a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A hit and run vehicle crash was reported on Second Street at 8:53 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers assisted a detective with another law enforcement agency who asked Tuesday at 8:58 a.m. to speak with an officer about someone in the Havre area.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 62, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and littering after an 11:37 a.m. Tuesday caller reported an intoxicated man sitting in the parking lot of a Third Street business and after he received a written or verbal warning related to an 11:10 a.m. call about a very intoxicated man on Third Avenue.

Someone stopped at the police station Tuesday at 12:27 p.m. to turn a found dog over to Havre Animal Control.

Officers were asked at 1:16 p.m. Tuesday to assist West Fargo (North Dakota) Police Department on Washington Avenue.

Officers were asked Tuesday at 1:47 p.m. to assist law enforcement in Carbon County.

A written or verbal warning was issued for barking dogs reported by a caller on Second Street Tuesday at 2:38 p.m.

A caller on Third Street West asked Tuesday at 2:42 p.m. to speak with an officer about a tenant.

A stolen cell phone was reported at a First Street business at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday.

Meriel Rose English of Havre, 21, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at the police station Tuesday at 7:39 p.m.

Officers assisted firefighters at 9:05 p.m. Tuesday at a Seventh Street call that turned out to be a false alarm.

A theft was reported at a First Street business at 10 p.m. Tuesday.

——

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 10:49 p.m. that someone was pounding on the side door.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of no driver’s license and juvenile curfew violations; a 15-year-old, a 12-year-old and a 16-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations; and a 50-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children, after a vehicle stop at the viaduct a 1:19 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Alaynna Dyanne Gray of Havre, 30, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Tuesday at 12:58 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center where, the jail roster says, Gray has been held since July 31, 2023.

Vandalism was reported at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday on 38th Street Southeast.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants served on Second Street West Tuesday at 3:20 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Tuesday, on in Kremlin.

Firefighters responded Tuesday at 9:04 p.m. to what turned out to be a false alarm on the 600 Block of Seventh Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two 9-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, five female cats, three male cats and a 20-week-old male kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held eight mixed-breed puppies between 8 weeks and 6 months old, six female and one male mixed-breed dogs, and one female German shepherd cross dog. Additionally, five 9-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
