Officers investigating a report made at 11:26 a.m. from the 700 Block of First Avenue of the caller finding scratches on a vehicle issued a summons to Dixie Leigh Schroeder of Havre, 34, on a charge of criminal mischief or vandalism.

After receiving a report at 2:08 p.m. Saturday from Pepin Park of an assault, officers issued a written or verbal warning.

After receiving a report at 2:14 p.m. from Eighth Street of dogs at large, officers issued a written or verbal warning.

Officers making a motor vehicle stop at 9:27 p.m. on 10th Street arrested Jennifer Rebecca Fitch of Havre, 33, on charges of DUI undetermined level, refused to test, and criminal child endangerment, DUI.

Officers responding to a report from the 1400 block of First Street at 5:27 p.m. that a stray border collie with no caller was at the location took the animal to the Havre Animal Shelter.

After receiving a report from Fifth Avenue and 10th Street at 5:43 a.m. that a man was asking in the middle of the road, officers arrested Brian Lee St. Pierre of Box Elder, 54, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

After a caller from Fifth Street at 7:29 a.m. reported an intruder, officers issued a summons to Jayce Alexander Johnson of Havre, 22, on a charge of criminal trespass to property.

After a caller from a business on the 100 Block of First Street West reported a woman unconscious at a gas pump, officers arrested Kendra Kyla Bigknife of Havre, 31, was arrested on driving under the influence of intoxicants, determined level of intoxication, liquor, two counts of criminal child endangerment, DUI, two counts of endangering the welfare of children, and violation of child restraint.

Havre Fire Department

Through Wednesday morning, emergency medical technicians responded to three ambulance calls May 15, four calls last Thursday, I call Friday, two calls Saturday, three calls Sunday, one call Monday, three calls Tuesday six calls Wednesday and two calls early Thursday.

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas line being hit May 15 on the 9000 block of County Road 710 West.
