    HELENA (AP) — BNSF Railway Co. said it has ramped up its operations to meet the anticipated demands of the Bakken oil boom by increasing its shipping capacity, hiring 560 workers in Montana and North Dakota and investing $197 million in projects in those states.     OAK CREEK, Wis. — At least six people were killed Sunday when a gunman opened fire at a Sikh temple near Milwaukee, and the suspected shooter later died in an exchange of gunfire with police, authorities said.
