Hill County has officially begun the process of applying for loans necessary for bringing the Havre-Milk River Levee system in line with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers standards. Montana State University-Northern is continuing to see a slight increase in enrollment, up from a six-student increase it saw in the fall. The criminals leave a phone message saying the customers’ meter will be changed shortly with instructions to call a phone number.
