    Saturday didn't quite have the storybook ending to the Montana State University-Northern Lights were gunning for at the NAIA national tournament in Des Moines, Iowa.     Montana State University-Northern had a strong showing at the first day of the NAIA national wrestling tournament in Des Moines, Iowa.     A group promoting Havre tourism has rolled out a new campaign to promote the jewel of the Hi-Line. This week, the Tourism Business Improvement District began making available fresh decal souvenirs, complete with a new slogan part of a new logo.     Since news broke that Great Northern Fair Board members had discussed making big changes such as seasonally shutting down the fairgrounds, people have taken to social media with comments, suggestions and complaints en masse.     Former Chippewa Cree Tribal Chairman Kenneth Blatt St. Marks was arrested Wednesday by Hill County deputies for violating an order of protection filed by his ex-wife, Thursday’s Hill County Sheriff’s dispatch log says. The Hill County jail roster listed St. Marks Thursday but his name was not on the roster this morning.
