    Havre City Council voted 6-0 at their Monday meeting to forward a grievance filed against the Havre Fire Department by a former engineer, whose employment was terminated, to the council’s Labor Relations Committee.     In a two-hour meeting in the Hill County Courthouse Monday, the Hill County Park Board raised some fees on Beaver Creek Park, shot down another fee and tabled two others, and heard from the Hill County Weed District supervisor about additional funds and plans to fight noxious weeds on the park.
