    People are being reminded that, after a recent Montana Supreme Court decision, people will not be able to register to vote on election day. Hill County Clerk and Recorder Sue Armstrong said people that if haven't already registered to vote they need to do so in person as the Hill County Courthouse before noon Monday, as same-day registration is no longer possible in Montana.
