    Hill County Public Health Director and Health Officer Kim Larson announced during the Hill County Health Board’s weekly COVID-19 update Friday that the draft of a health officer order to increase COVID-19 restrictions if the county rate doesn’t drop will be put out for public review today.     Multiple new cases of COVID-19 and COVID-19-related deaths have been reported in the area, including cases in people associated with Havre Public Schools that is in distanced learning to try to reduce the spread of the virus. Hill County reported three new COVID-19-related deaths Friday and another Sunday. Blaine County reported two more COVID-19-related deaths Saturday.
