    After a night where a fire scorched about 2,000 acres of prairie land on Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, the Fort Belknap Fire Department said the inferno is nearly 95 percent contained. Byard Lamebull, the fire department's chief, said the fire is now burning mostly trees, cottonwood and hay bales. The flames were fueled by winds of between 50 to 60 mph.     Havre Police Department arrested Jamie Eagleman, 25, of Havre on felony charges of attempted homicide and several other charges after a stabbing incident at Magic Diamond Casino on 1st Street West late Wednesday night, the department said in a press release this morning. She was also charged two counts of assault on a peace officer, three counts of assault with a weapon, robbery, theft and two counts of resisting arrest Wednesday evening.     Billie Seymour, 45, of Havre was arrested Tuesday and is being held without bond on two felony charges of criminal distribution of dangerous drugs and one of criminal child endangerment. According to documents from Justice Court, a 13-year-old student brought a bottle of flavored water to Havre Middle School school counselor for “safekeeping.” The student said there was hydrocodone in the bottle.     Robert Sunchild, accused of beating a disabled older relative and resisting arrest, will make his plea Jan. 4. According to District Court documents, a woman called Havre Police Department Dec. 1. crying and speaking incoherently. Three officers were dispatched to the scene.     The city of Havre is considering a plan to outsource its ambulance services to Northern Montana Hospital. The mayor said the plan would provide quality service to the public while saving the city a considerable sum of money.
