Havre trio performing at Cut Bank roundup

The Timely Trio will perform for a second consecutive year at Cut Bank's annual Montana Storytelling Roundup tonight and Saturday at the Cut Bank High School.

The event will be held from 7 to 9:30 p.m. tonight and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.

The Timely Trio is composed of Dena Tippets, who works in the Hill County Clerk of Courts office; Mavis Filler, who works at Havre Job Service; and Kim Callahan, who is an audiologist from Dickinson, N.D., formerly of Havre. They have been singing together since 1983. Callahan wrote the "Havre Song," which was recently proclaimed Havre's official song...
